Ordered this about a month ago (just before 2nd lockdown) as I knew I’d be working out from home (again!) I had a set of dumbbells and barbells, but nothing to simulate cable pulleys from the gym. Have been using the bands about 4 times a week and they are really good. Very high quality material and can definitely feel the muscles working especially when controlling the negative rep movement. Would highly recommend these and I got them at a great price too.

Ordered the Silver resistance bands which unfortunately got lost in transit due to the courier, contacted Cross Gym and couldn't be happier with the customer service. Riad investigated what had happened, provided updates whilst inquiring, provided me with a replacement within a couple of days and even offered to partially refund me. Really nice, professional guy representing a great company with awesome products. The resistance bands are well made, durable and the booklet included will keep my home workouts fresh throughout lockdown. 10/10 experience!
