Cross Gym Silver Pack Resistance System Never used resistance bands before so I'm on a very steep learning curve. Getting a better understand of the principles and from the workout that I was using will definitely carry on using this and I know I will benefit from them. The packaging is first class and the kit it's self is very well made. Looking at others this looks the best quality for the price point.

I'm disabled, got my upper body, lower rubbish,I bought some resistance bands so I could do some resistance training using a different method. They work!

Wow it's true what they say...you get what you pay for. I've had other Resistance bands and been able to use all four at once. Not with these they are strong and give proper Resistance. Truly a worthy set of the price.

I had a different set before this ones they still work great but this ones looks better quality,the handles help you more cause you connect the carabine to the metal ring ,,,what can I say they are fantastic!!!
